Açaí – Açaí berries grow on an açaí palm tree. Because they have a hard pit, they’re technically drupes (like peaches). You might have heard that eating purple fruits and veggies is important because of the high antioxidant properties, and this is certainly true of açaí. It’s also true that they’re an excellent source of protein and fiber.

Blueberries – Blueberries are the superfood that everyone has always eaten but didn’t know just how healthy they truly were. Another deep-purple-skinned fruit, blueberries are an easy way of getting fruit into your diet. Not only do they contain antioxidants, they also deliver a good amount of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

Pomegranate – Pomegranate seeds are, to put it simply, incredible. They’re high in fiber, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B9 (folate). They’re also being studied for the role they might play in the treatment of many diseases.
